The best of the Cannes Film Festival

We here at The Fashion Visuals LOVE the red carpet glamour and what it has to offer and this year’s Cannes Film Festival has not let us down one bit. Founded in 1946, it is one of the most prestigious and publicised film festivals in the world.For years it has given us outstanding and unique films and documentaries to look forward to watching, however that is not it, the red carpet fashion it self is something which needs just as much admiration as the motion pictures themselves.

With Cannes International Film Festival taking place as we speak in Cannes, France, we thought we would share our favourite looks from the festival;

Here is Emma Watson doing what she does best, looking absolutely flawless, beautiful and adorable at the same time. Emma is wearing a Chanel Couture Dress with a sequin bodice and floor length white skirt for the premiere of “The Bling Ring”. The gown was open at the back and the skirt graduated into a short train. Love it!

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo actress had been named the new face of Calvin Klein fragrance the same night the fashion house hosted its Cannes film party, so naturally the New York born actress wore a delicate and blush dress by the brand.

One of The Fashion Visuals favourites, Cara Delevingne went tomboy-esque in a black tuxedo with beaded shoulders and sheet trousers to The Gotha Party.

Cara also attended the premier of The Great Gatsby earlier this week looking much more glamorous and much more Hollywood. She wore a stunning black Burberry silk lace plunge neck column dress with Chopard Jewellery.

Lana Dey Rey can sometimes get it quite wrong when it comes to red carpet glamour, but this time she has definitely got it right! At the premier of The Great Gatsby, Lana wore a white fishtail gown with black floras embroidery and delicate Chaprad jewellery. She has got this season’s monochrome look down to a tee.
